Psychotherapy is a specialized space to work through current difficulties, review the past and gain insight into your inner self, your mind, your thinking, emotional state and relationships.

We explore what is happening, what is going on for you and what can make a difference to that.

I particularly welcome those who are normally well-balanced and currently find themselves out of sync, anxious, stressed, not coping when normally you would.

Please note that I would probably not be the best Counsellor for you if you are significantly impacted by:

​

  • Fibromyalgia (FMS)

  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME)

  • Long Covid

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Gender Identity Issues

  • Self-harm involving cutting

  • Eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia or ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder)​

 

There are Counsellors, therapists and specialist organisations or NHS linked Services who should be able to support you or signpost you if any of these issues are a large part of your stress or concerns.
