Clinical Supervision
I offer supervision that is supportive, reflective, and developmental, helping therapists explore their practice, navigate challenges, and deepen professional confidence. My approach integrates ethical guidance with practical supervision techniques, creating a safe space for reflection, insight, and growth.

I hold the Advanced Specialist Diploma in Counselling Supervision (Level 6 equivalent), accredited by the NCPS. This formal qualification complements my extensive experience as a practising therapist, enabling me to provide skilled, ethical, and informed supervision to colleagues at all stages of their professional development.

Supervision supports therapists to increase confidence in clinical judgement, gain clarity around professional responsibilities, and enhance reflective capacity. It offers a structured space to process challenging cases and emotions, develop skills, and foster ongoing professional growth, ultimately strengthening both the therapist and their work with clients.
