About my Practice

With around 16 years experience in Private Practice, I am a well-established Personal Psychotherapist and Counsellor working every week day from my home-office near the centre of Market Deeping.

I work with a wide range of people from all over the Peterborough area and surrounding towns and villages.

Why have Therapy

People who visit want to reduce stress, low mood or anxiety and explore their relationship issues and feel a better sense of emotional wellbeing.

Some might need to explore issues or problems that they have not been able to successfully solve themselves and might need to process traumas or loss, explore their childhood and other experiences that helped inform they are today and some want to explore a professional approach or opinion as they're not sure what the problem is.

People often want to understand their own mind, explore their thoughts and feelings, work out what's going on for them and all want to just feel better about themselves and their lives.

The aim of therapy is to ease internal conflict, stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem and relationships with others, develop personal identity and authenticity and improve one's sense of mental health, personal comfort and well-being.

Therapy can help you develop into who you were always supposed to be, understand yourself and how you are in the world, and what makes a difference to that.

My particular focus in therapy is around Women and Stress and Women in Relationships.
