Anger & Frustration

A person can have a lot of internal anger and frustration which can manifest as stress, anxiety or low mood and a person doesn't have to be behaving in an angry way to be experiencing this.

I welcome those who might be thinking and feeling angry, showing signs of verbal frustration or anger that is interfering with their own or someone else's wellbeing or who are having thoughts and feelings that feel like anger, but are unsure about why.

(Note that I now do not work with behaviours that involve physical aggression, physical domestic violence or other behaviours that are linked to anger such as self-harm or class A drugs or alcohol misuse)
