Well-being Sessions

Well-being sessions are usually for those who have finished weekly or long term therapy and wish to use regular sessions to look after their well-being. 

These monthly sessions are for you to have a private space that is just about you and how you are experiencing life at the moment.  This therapeutic space reduces stress and improves mood.
