Wellbeing Sessions for Emotional Health Maintenance
Wellbeing sessions are usually for those who have finished weekly or long term therapy and wish to use regular sessions to look after their wellbeing.

These monthly sessions can also be for those who are managing life well, with perhaps the usual coping with life's difficulties and challenges and could just benefit from the therapeutic sessions to feel lighter psychologically and emotionally.
