I work at my home at 31 Welland Way, Deeping St James PE6 8QE. Please feel free to park on the drive and if you arrive a bit earlier than your appointment time, take a few minutes to yourself before knocking at your appointment time. ​​​

Fees and Payment:

Please pay for your first appointment in cash

30 Minute therapies are £30 or £100 for a set of 4
- Reflexology is 45 mins and is £45 per treatment
​

Add 15 minutes on to the above times for total time attending.

Massage may still be possible but requires caution, modifications, or medical clearance:

Pregnancy – especially first trimester; prenatal massage should be done by a trained therapist

Diabetes – especially with neuropathy or fragile skin

Recent heart attack or stroke

High or low blood pressure – depending on severity and medication

Autoimmune conditions (e.g., lupus, rheumatoid arthritis) – avoid during flare-ups

Skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis) – avoid affected areas

Bruising or hematomas

Inflammatory conditions (e.g., gout, bursitis) – avoid inflamed areas

Mental health conditions – if touch could be triggering (e.g., PTSD)

Use of blood thinners – increased risk of bruising or internal bleeding

Contagious or infectious diseases (e.g., flu, COVID-19, skin infections like impetigo)

Acute injuries (e.g., fractures, sprains, severe bruising)

Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or other blood clotting disorders

Severe atherosclerosis or advanced cardiovascular disease

Severe varicose veins

Uncontrolled hypertension

Open wounds or burns

Recent surgery or open surgical sites

Cancer (in some cases) – requires medical clearance

Severe osteoporosis

Systemic infections (e.g., sepsis)
