Sometimes people have a problem with being able to settle after change has happened to them by choice or otherwise and this can include a divorce or separation, adapting to life stages such as children leaving home, menopause, bereavement, new jobs, losing a job or leaving university or the forces.

Sometimes there was trauma involved in the previous experience such as in a workplace or a relationship and this means a person cannot move on and feels stuck, depressed, low in energy or just out of sorts.
