Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation and helps reduce stress. During a session, the practitioner lightly places their hands on or just above the body to channel energy, supporting the natural flow within the body. This process activates the body’s relaxation response, lowering stress hormones like cortisol, calming the nervous system, and creating a sense of peace and emotional balance.

Often described as deeply soothing, Reiki can help ease anxiety, release emotional tension, and support mental clarity. While it doesn’t replace medical care, it works well alongside it as a complementary therapy. Reiki offers a quiet, restorative space where the body and mind can rest, reset, and heal.
