How to remember your dreams

Everyone dreams and if you're not used to remembering them then there are a few things to do so that you can start having a look in to them.

​

(1) Keep a note book and pen next to your bed for capturing the dreams.  A phone to take notes on probably wont work so well as you have to be too clear and awake to see it and use it. 

​

(2) When going to sleep, think about the note pad and say to yourself you will write down your dreams as soon as you become concious. 

​

(3)  It is likely that you will forget for many days, but repeat step 1 and 2 until one day you manage to write down a dream.

​

(4) Continue this way until you are in a habit of remembering andwriting down your dreams.  It can take practice !
