I have been tutoring and lecturing for Chrysalis Courses since 2016. I am deeply passionate about teaching counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy and draw upon my extensive clinical experience as a practicing psychotherapist. I am particularly committed to helping students engage in reflective practice and develop both personally and professionally.

 

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is helping trainees bridge the gap between theory and practice, grow in confidence, and cultivate a strong, authentic therapeutic identity.

I guide and support adult students and practitioners at all stages of their professional journey, helping them achieve the King’s Trust Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice (RQF Level 5)—a three-year course equivalent to a foundation degree.

If you are looking to study to be a Hypnotherapist or Counsellor then I recommend Chrysalis courses.  Their courses lead to registration with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and National Hypnotherapy Society who are members of the Professional Standards Authority.

Study methods include in-person practical classroom work, practice groups, homework assignments, the Chrysalis Virtual Learning Environment, reflective journaling and a formally supervised placement in the final year.
