Mindfulness CBT

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that combines principles of cognitive therapy with mindfulness practices.

 

It helps you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them, reducing the impact of negative thinking patterns that often contribute to anxiety, low mood, or stress.

 

In therapy, you’ll learn to respond to your experiences with greater clarity and self-compassion, using mindfulness to break cycles of rumination and create space for more balanced, intentional choices.
