Personal Psychotherapy
As an integrative therapist, I draw upon a wide range of recognized therapeutic approaches, models, and interventions to support meaningful change.
My work includes the Person-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamics, Gestalt Therapy, Psychological Parts Therapy, Hypnotherapy and others well accepted approaches and interventions.

What Psychotherapy Offers

Psychotherapy blends counselling techniques with deeper psychotherapeutic approaches, aiming to create lasting changes in psychological and emotional wellbeing.

It’s a process that looks beneath the surface—bringing unconscious patterns and behaviours into awareness. This allows us to explore:

-
How we function day-to-day
-
The automatic responses that shape our interactions
-
How we navigate challenges and relationships
-
What supports or blocks personal growth and change
-
How we relate to ourselves and others
-
Getting in touch with how we feel and what we stand for
-
And why we are, how we are.

The ultimate goal is to ease internal struggles, leading to:

-
A healthier relationship with yourself
-
Improved connections with others
-
A greater sense of peace and contentment

Addressing the Root Cause

Lasting change often requires looking beyond symptoms and
addressing the root causes of distress. Psychotherapy offers tools and techniques designed to:

-
Create long-term positive effects
-
Reduce the likelihood of recurring challenges
-
Support meaningful, sustainable change which is often on-going after therapy has ended.

Special Interests

I have a particular interest in neuropsychology and neuroplasticity exploring how the brain can adapt and rewire in response to therapeutic work and I am also deeply fascinated by human evolution and its influence on our psychology and physiology. Our brains and bodies still carry ancient neurological patterns—understanding these instincts can enhance transformation across the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of life.
