As a firm supporter of complementary therapies I believe it is important to ensure the physical body is involved when working in psychotherapy and Counselling.

This means that your whole person is involved in your own emotional and psychological health going forward.

At times when it appears a stress-reducing massage feels the best intervention during a wellbeing session, as a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist I can provide physical interventions to reduce discomfort caused by tension and stress either during the Counselling sessions or arranging it for another time.

Disclaimer: Complementary therapies are intended to support general well-being and are not a substitute for professional medical care. They should be used alongside, not in place of, conventional medical treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns.
