Issues with a friend
It is not unusual to have difficulties in a friendship and it can be around a variety of things.

A common issue is toxic relationships where a friend takes advantage, gives you a sense of feeling controlled, has emotional meltdowns or anger if you don't 'do the right thing' and sometimes we are just questioning the friendship.

There could be trust issues or issues around their expectations, or indeed your own.

When things are not feeling good in what was a good friendship, it can cause worry and distress and sometimes you cannot see a way out.

Therapy explores what might be going on and helps you find a way forward which feels good for you. Part of this will be work around your feelings and thoughts, your boundaries and sometimes even your personal history.
